In the diagnostic sector, I took a concept and grew it into a reality, building an independent laboratory from a modest 2-person team to a robust, 200-employee, CAP-accredited facility serving multiple regions. Simultaneously, in the non-profit sector, I have spearheaded the expansion of the Southern California Medical Center from just two locations to a comprehensive network of eight clinics. Today, as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we proudly manage a budget exceeding $30 million and facilitate over 150,000 patient visits annually, ensuring vital care reaches those who need it most.
